Whoever had access to the first internal assessment and the year-end results of the students, kindly submit your analysis and report of your class poor academic performers. 

Rank them based on the first test, and divide into three groups, top middle and lower one third. Similarly, do for the year-end exam, if marks not available check the results of failures and where they were in  the first test (which of the three groups)
